Processing & Shipping Time
Since we are a maker studio, we do not mass-produce.

  • 3D Printed Decor: Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. The transit time can add between 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

At Vervo Designs, we strive to bring our Japanese-Scandinavian aesthetic to homes across Europe. To ensure our handcrafted lamps reach you safely and at the best shipping rates, we currently focus on mainland Europe and the United Kingdom.

1. Where we ship

  • European Union: All mainland member states.

  • United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

2. Areas we currently do not serve

Due to logistical complexities and significant international shipping surcharges, we unfortunately cannot deliver to the following offshore territories and islands:

  • Greece: All Greek Islands (Crete, Santorini, Mykonos, Rhodes, etc.). We currently only ship to mainland Greece.

  • Spain: Canary Islands (Tenerife, Gran Canaria, etc.), Ceuta, and Melilla.

  • Portugal: Madeira and the Azores.

  • France: Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, etc.).

  • United Kingdom: Isle of Man and the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey).

  • Other Islands: Malta, Cyprus, and other remote offshore territories.

If an order is placed for delivery to any of these regions, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

3. Customs & Duties

  • European Union: Prices include VAT. No customs duties apply for EU member states.

  • United Kingdom: Orders are shipped from Romania (EU). For orders over £135, the customer is responsible for any import VAT or customs fees collected by the carrier upon delivery.

4. Technical Compatibility

  • Plug Type: Our lamps feature a European Type C plug.

  • Ireland & UK: A standard UK plug adapter is required.

  • Voltage: All lamps are designed for 230V (standard in EU/UK).

Packaging
We know our lamps look fragile. We use specialized, impact-resistant packaging to ensure your Japandi Orb arrives in perfect condition. We strive to use recyclable and biodegradable packing materials whenever possible.
