Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your new piece. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. As an independent studio, our return policies differ slightly based on the type of product you purchased.
1. Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility by Product Type

Home Decor & Standard Items: We accept returns on standard, non-customized products. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@vervodesigns.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note the following:

Return Address: Returns will need to be sent to our studio at: Ceair, 18-20, C3, Tunari, Ilfov, Romania.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages & Issues
Despite our best efforts, accidents happen. Please inspect your order upon reception.

Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the broken item immediately. Email us at hello@vervodesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement.

Defective/Wrong Item: If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
