3D PRINTED HOME DECOR
What material are the decor items made of?
Our home decor collection is 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a bio-based material derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane. Unlike traditional petroleum-based plastics, PLA is biodegradable and non-toxic, creating a unique, matte texture that feels organic to the touch.
Are the lamps and decor items heat resistant?
Our lighting products are designed specifically for use with LED bulbs only. We recommend using an LED bulb with a maximum of 7 Watts. LED bulbs run cool and are perfectly safe for our materials.
Warning: Do not use traditional incandescent or halogen bulbs, as the heat they generate may deform the shape of the product.
Why can I see fine lines on the surface?
This is the signature mark of the 3D printing craft! The "lines" are actually layers of material printed one on top of the other. This process creates a micro-ribbed texture that diffuses light beautifully and adds a tactile depth that you don't get with mass-produced plastic or glass.
How durable are 3D printed items?
They are surprisingly robust. While they should be treated with the same care as ceramic or glass, PLA is shatter-resistant. If you accidentally knock a vase or lamp over, it is much less likely to break than traditional materials.
How do I clean my 3D printed decor?
Simply dust it with a dry microfiber cloth or a soft brush (like a clean paintbrush) to remove dust from the texture. Avoid using hot water, wet cloths, or harsh chemical cleaners.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship from?
We are an independent design studio based in Tunari, Ilfov, Romania (EU). All items are packed and shipped directly from our workshop.
Do you ship to the USA, UK, and outside Europe?
For now we ship only to mainland EU and UK via logistic partners DHL Express and FedEx.
- Europe: ~2-7 business days.
- UK: ~5-10 business days (additional time may add up due to custom clearance)
Will I have to pay customs fees?
- EU Customers: No. There are no customs duties for orders shipped to countries within the European Union.
- Non-EU Customers (UK, Switzerland, etc.): You may be responsible for import duties and taxes charged by your local customs office once the package arrives. These fees are not included in our shipping price.
My order includes both a lamp and a t-shirt. Will they arrive together?
No. Your items will arrive separately and may have different transit times. You will receive 2 different parcels.
ORDERS & SUPPORT
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack our items securely using impact-resistant materials, but accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the item immediately and email us at hello@vervodesigns.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please email us immediately if you need to make a change.
Do you offer wholesale for interior designers or shops?
Yes! We love collaborating with boutiques, interior designers, and architects. If you are interested in stocking our decor or outfitting a space, please contact us at hello@vervodesigns.com for trade pricing.
